Quién soy
Serenity Circle es la comunidad de bienestar de Dayana, en Canadá. Para cualquier pregunta sobre tus datos, escríbeme a hola@theserenitycircle.ca.
Qué datos guardo
Cuando te registras para recibir el ebook guardo tu nombre, tu correo y el idioma que elegiste. Mi herramienta de correos también registra la fecha en que te uniste, si confirmaste tu correo y si abres los correos o haces clic en sus enlaces.
Para qué los uso
Para enviarte el ebook y, si lo aceptaste, correos de Serenity Circle: reflexiones, meditaciones, recursos y avisos de círculos, talleres o servicios. Nunca vendo ni comparto tu información con nadie para que te envíen publicidad.
Dónde se guardan
Uso Kit (kit.com) para guardar la lista y enviar los correos. Kit puede guardar los datos en servidores fuera de Canadá, por ejemplo en Estados Unidos, donde se rigen por las leyes de ese país.
Tus decisiones
Puedes darte de baja cuando quieras con el enlace que aparece al final de cada correo; aplico las bajas de inmediato y como máximo en 10 días hábiles. También puedes escribirme para ver, corregir o borrar tus datos.
Cuánto tiempo los guardo
Mientras sigas en la lista. Si te das de baja, guardo solo lo necesario para no volver a escribirte y para demostrar que en su momento diste tu permiso.
Cambios
Si cambio esta política, actualizaré la fecha de arriba.

Your trust matters to me. Here’s a simple explanation of what information I keep when you join Serenity Circle and how I take care of it.
Who I am
Serenity Circle is Dayana’s wellness community, based in Canada. For any question about your information, write to me at hola@theserenitycircle.ca.
What I keep
When you sign up for the ebook, I keep your name, your email and the language you chose. My email tool also records the date you joined, whether you confirmed your email, and whether you open the emails or click their links.
How I use it
To send you the ebook and, if you agreed, emails from Serenity Circle: reflections, meditations, resources and news about circles, workshops or services. I never sell or share your information with anyone so they can advertise to you.
Where it’s stored
I use Kit (kit.com) to store the list and send the emails. Kit may store information on servers outside Canada, for example in the United States, where it is subject to that country’s laws.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of every email; I process it right away and within 10 business days at most. You can also write to me to see, correct or delete your information.
How long I keep it
For as long as you’re on the list. If you unsubscribe, I keep only what’s needed to avoid emailing you again and to show that you once gave permission.
Changes
If I change this policy, I’ll update the date above.
